Orders placed Monday to Friday, after 1pm PST will be sent out the following day. Orders placed on the weekend will be sent out on Mondays. Send e-transfer payment. We will send you an email confirming we have received your payment once the funds have transferred. 9. Your order will be processed and shipped and you will receive an email with your Canada Post tracking number.

There is no minimum order. Orders less than 150$ will be charged a flat rate of 20$
All consumable products are final sale. No refunds or exchanges. Non-consumable items will be looked at case by case.
We currently accept e-transfers.
1. Register for online banking with your bank. 2. Select send e-transfer option 3. Add the email address we provide you as e-transfer recipient and payment total shown on your invoice. 4. We will provide you the secret question and answer for the e-transfer. Please read carefully!
Once you submit your e-transfer, we will wait for the funds to arrive. E-transfers are not instant and can take up to 2 days. We will email you as soon as we have received payment.

We currently offer shipping thru Canada Post
Once your e-transfer funds are received, you package will be sent out for delivery. Orders placed before 1pm PST, typically will be sent out on the same day. Order placed after 1pm will be sent out the following day. Once Canada Post has scanned your package, we will provide you with the tracking number via email.
Points are added after payment is received and may take time to show in your account. If you haven’t received your points after receiving your order, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we will update your account.
